About this Project

190,000 sq ft, 13 storey waterfront office close to Temple Meads Station, catering to 2,000 members of staff from BT Group, including EE, BT Business and Openreach. The new state-of-the-art building features the latest IT and smart building technology and a range of flexible workspaces, restaurant and cafes.

We provided the full electrical installation (taking the design from RIBA stage 4 onwards, including CDP). Packages included LV Distribution, HV switchgear, generator, small power, lighting, data, fire and security, access control, PAVA.
