Calon – Legal and General Office Fit Out

About this Project

120,000 sq ft of Grade A office space for Legal & General (via ISG Construction and Rightacres Property Development), providing a working space for 13,000 people over 9 stories in the heart of Cardiff’s Central Square development. The building was required to achieve BREEAM Outstanding and a WELL Platinum rating, the highest standard in design for wellbeing.

We provided the full electrical installation (taking the design from RIBA stage 4 onwards, including CDP). Packages included LV Distribution, HV switchgear, generator, small power, lighting, data, fire and security, access control, PAVA, photovoltaic (solar) systems, EV charging systems and power factor correction & harmonic Filtration.
