Wood Street House is a 24 floor private rental scheme building located in the heart of Cardiff Central Square and delivered for Legal & General via ISG Construction and Rightacres Property Development company.

The accommodation consists of 318 no. residential apartments split over 12 and 24 floors and a 3 floor car park providing vehicle charging facilities for residents and local office workers. It also includes a gym, roof terrace, private dining rooms, a lounge, games zone and work spaces.

We provided the full electrical installation (taking the design from RIBA stage 4 onwards, including CDP). Packages included LV Distribution, small power, lighting, data, fire and security, access control, PAVA, photovoltaic (solar) system and EV chargers.
